Power Analysis Module Fixtures (PAM Fixtures) are calibrated measurement devices with digital sideband capture. A detailed investigation of the interaction between the host and the device under test.

The Gen6 SFF PAM Fixture allows easy power performance and sideband timing analysis for SFF storage devices, supporting U.2, SAS, SATA and U.3 drives. At speeds up to PCIe GEN6.

Selected sidebands have digital capture, giving a full picture of host/device interaction. New for the Gen6 version is REFCLK valid as a sideband signal, so you can see when the host clock becomes available.

As with our HD range of Programmable Power Modules, the PAM fixtures provide high-resolution measurement for almost unlimited periods of recording.

This fixture requires a PAM controller to operate.
