First of all, the team at Quarch would like to wish our customers and partners well during this unprecedented and uncertain time.
As businesses worldwide do what they can to adjust to – and mitigate – the effects of Coronavirus, we are no exception and we have been diligent in taking precautions from a very early stage.
We’d like to reassure you that we have taken every possible step to protect our staff and customers, and to ensure minimal disruption to our daily operations. The vast majority of staff are now fully set up to work from home, so product development can continue smoothly.
Our production lab continues to operate and we remain contactable during our operating hours, so at this time we don’t expect significant delays to product deliveries or repairs.
We’re continuing to work hard on a number of exciting new products, available in the next quarter, and we’ll be updating you on these as they become ready.
