The Gen5 AIC to M.2 PAM Fixture allows a detailed power and sideband analysis of an M.2 device connected into a standard PCIe slot.
This simple interposer fits in a x4 PCIe slot and mounts any standard M-Key M.2 PCIe device at up to Gen5 speeds.
Voltage, current, and digital sidebands are captured in real time. Required a Power Analysis Module to operate
