Introducing the MegaPPM from Quarch

Yes, the name does have a direct technical reason: Along with a higher power output, we now support 1 MHz sampling!
The MegaPPM is intended as a drop-in replacement for any test that was designed with the QTL1999 (HD PPM Plus). From the control perspective, the only difference is the additional option for faster sampling. Virtually every other automation script should run without change.

The MegaPPM supports SSDs/HDDs via the same fixtures as the HD PPM. A key benefit is that we can now support the latest OCP NICs and CXL devices that have higher power requirements.
The faster base sample rate benefits every test. We never throw samples away: every single sample is averaged at slower speeds. This reduces noise and ensures that even a relatively slow sample rate will provide an extremely accurate power consumption figure.
