This kit includes a pair of matching EDSFF to SMPM fixtures to assist in signal integrity testing of Gen6 PCIe links. The fixtures are wired for EDSFF x4, with each lane being brought out to a set of SMPM connectors.
A calibration coupon is also included, made of the same PCB material and with the same trace length.
This allows test equipment such as a VNA to be connected to the PCIe data lanes of either an EDSFF host or device for test purposes.
Access to the reference clock (REFCLK) pins are provided with a pair of U.FL connectors on each board
