Product Details
The MCIO x4/x8 to SMPM Adapter kits include a host board MCIO to SMPM fixture to assist in signal integrity testing of Gen6 PCIe links. The fixture is wired for MCIO x4/x8, with each lane being brought out to a set of SMPM connectors.
A calibration coupon is also included, made of the same PCB material and with the same trace length.
This allows test equipment such as a VNA to be connected to the PCIe data lanes of either an MCIO host or device for test purposes.
Access to the reference clock (REFCLK) pins are provided with a pair of U.FL connectors on each board
